HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! I know we all have so much to be thankful for this year, and every minute, something else is popping into my mind......too much to list! We had Marc and Kari and Liam and Michael over this morning for a wonderful breakfast (prepared by Jason) to start off the weekend. We are then headed out to buy Vincent a winter jacket (he grew out of his) then over to The Marotta's for a big Thanksgiving Feast! Count your wonderful blessings today.

VINCENT IS TWO!!

It's hard to believe that two years ago today we were at the hospital delivering a baby! It was a beautiful sunny day about 65 degrees, just like it is now outside. We were pleasantly surprised when they announced that our baby was a BOY! These past two years have been the best, I am always on my toes. Now our "baby" is a big boy, and a really sweet one at that. He has a lot of friends, is very laid back, and laughs 90% of the time! Happy Birthday Vince!!!

November 2006

Well I have finally decided to start this blog so that it is easier to keep in touch with everyone! I am hoping I will keep up with it, and also hoping that you guys will all keep us posted about your lives.

Jason is still working at the college and I am still at home with Vincent each day (I thank my lucky stars that I have been able to do this for so long with him). Macy is in first grade now and after attending her Parent/Teacher conferences last week, we are beaming with pride at how well she is doing! She is really getting into the reading gig but her math/science skills are not far behind. She has joined Girl Scouts this year and is working her way to earning many patches for her Brownie uniform. She passed her swim test last month and won't be enrolling in swimming again until after the holidays, so to keep her busy, she just joined a karate class. Most of her spare time is still consumed by her love of art and now I have boxes and boxes of her drawings that I think I will need to rent a storage unit for. You can never have too many drawings of giraffes! Vincent is turning two this week. We finally decided to give him his first haircut last week and it turned out awful! Both Jason and I agreed that we will continue growing it out, no matter how many times people comment on what a beautiful daughter we have! His vocabulary has suddenly come out of no where and we can finally have whole hearted conversations such as "Momma, Spiderman, pleeeeeaassse?" with my response of "No Vince, you have watched that movie twice already today!". He is infatuated with Spiderman and motorcycles.....your typical little boy! Okay, I am hoping to utilize my camera more and more often and will hopefully be able to post photos as soon as I take them!

We would love to hear from each and everyone of you!
